A happy, healthy and comfortable work environment is important for your staff – and can be achieved without spending a fortune.
It boosts productivity and morale while acknowledging the time spent in an office.
The following10 points are the actual ways of maintaining office environment as comfortable to all employee.1.
A happy employee is a productive employee.
People who enjoy their jobs are likely to engage more thoroughly with their work.
It is in your interest to keep staff happy; otherwise, resentment could start to impact on the quality of their work or they may even consider leaving.2.
Comply with health and safety legislation.
You try to identify hazards in your work environment and ensuring basic levels of comfort.
Minimum workplace standards include proper sanitation, access to drinking water and sufficient ventilation.3.

You are absolutely right, it is very essential to do so.
First of all we should identify the possible ergonomic issues by conducting an ergonomic survey including monitoring.
then conduct a meeting with the analysed data for recommendations then make necessary changes in the work environment according to the collected data and recommendation.
Then consideration should be given to religious and regional values.
Discrimination in each should be identified and should take necessary actions to minimize it.
Work station to be designed to fulfill all basic needs of human being and should be having enough refreshment programs.
