Why do new restaurants open in locations where other restaurants have repeatedly failed?

its all about challenging the market and becoming a huge competition in restoration industry, and put your name on the map.

 

if you prove that you can succeed in a repeatedly failed outlet that counts as a double success .

To me - it actually makes sense to open a new restaurant where other restaurants have failed in the past. Failing of other restaurants is likely to have some of the obvious reasons:-- People are not fond of eating restaurant food in that locality.- People are not willing to spend money in that locality.- Food/Service of other restaurants hasn't been great so far.- There are some other good restaurants in nearby areas and people don't mind driving down.If someone opens up a new restaurant having good quality food - I am sure it's a sure shot business and money making deal.
