How can you convince an employer to hire you if you don't meet minimal job requirements (for example, not enough or non-related experience)?

Eventhough I don't meet the minimal job requirements. I can be a good employer also, I am passionate and loyal about my job. I am a good follower and I can adapt easily in terms of people, environment and situations. And I am willing to work overtime,weekends, holidays and even late nights.. And most off all I am willing to undergo trainings to meet the requirements needed. Thank yOu..
