What goals do you have in your career and how do you plan to achieve these goals?

Successfully climbing the career path is most important to any professional.
To achieve this goal in my career, I prefer to work with innovative and creative way.
I keep on updating myself with the new technology / stuff.
Apart from this I use my strength of out of box thinking to achieve this.
Such things give me enough confidence to handle any job and gives me enough recognition.
This finally result to career growth.
Some of the example are as given below: In Reliance Industries, I have designed a solution for self service retail outlet within the limit of existing automation.
This solution has not only given the customer delight but also reduced the manpower / operation cost.
Apart from the above, I have thought of flexible floating roof for oil storage tanks in place of steel floating roof.
Installation of such floating roof is possible with the gas station fuel tank also, which keep on evaporating the gasoline into atmosphere.
I tried to implement this concept in my last assignment but could not do as I have left the organization.
Sir so finally this is my goal and way to achieve this.
