نعم , الصدق هو افضل وسيلة لتخطي المقابلة الشخصية وخصوصا في الاسئلة المتعلقة بالخبرة والمهارات الفنية .

In fact you could be honust in your interview by mention things that give you credit and don't mention things that will disappoint the others in you

The answers to be mentioned in an interview should be in line with the work profile for which you are giving the interview.
Specifically you shouldn't lie about but yes you can fabricate the answer as per the accordance and what the interviewee wants to hear.
