Define the field of business & identify why ?
I dont know much about the Egypt but I prefer to answer based on my limited understanding of Egyptian market.
1. Vegetable Farming - In past the Egypt farming / agricultural sector was having high contribution to the GDP. This has been reduced drastically in past 30-40 years. This indicates that the land in this area is good and can produce good crops. So venturing into this field will be benifitial at this stage as world over the vegetable / agricultural production is reducing day by day. Secondly this business line always have easy selling. Now a days African countries are moving ahead with a faster pace in Agricultural sector.
2. Food Chain - The change in lifestyle is main reason for this business concept. You can think off developing the food chain and operate in franchise model. This is again a easy selling business but require some time to build the brand.
