It's generally accepted that Google Translate is better of the two since they use statistical machine translation (SMT), where computers analyze millions of existing translated documents from the web to learn vocabulary and look for patterns in a language. Google Translate then picks the most statistically probable translation when asked to translate a new bit of text. This, combined with translation memory helps to make their machine translation "learn" over time. However, it could also make the system potentially "dumber" if it pulls from a bunch of bad translations on the web from poor machine translations, essentially cannibalizing itself.
Google translate, but both software inaccurate
My personal opinion is Google translate. I prefer the user interface and have always received excellent translations from them.
Both not perfect, but still can do :)
i think bing is a application/aad-on of Google Chorme.
