Why Career planning is important for self projection and growth ?

Because when you plan for your career you will draw a clear picture about:

1. Your goal

2. Your Weaknesses and Strengths

3. Your strategy.

4. The Advantages/Disadvantages you may face

.... Therefore having such picture you should be able to well project and organize your progress !

Without plan none one can possible maintain any activities.

Because without career planning work remains based on randomness and selectivity ignores the position of the employee as the focus of work

Any organization need to vision, to implement the vision we need a strategic plan.

Career planning is the implementation tool for every detail task should assign for every department as per the stratigic plan 

Planning profession is the main reason to reach for the goal to be reached

1. The financial and administrative work planning and oversight of the projects in terms of profitability (financing methods - accounting systems - and the restructuring of institutions and included the level of responsibility - the foundations and principles of legal and structural work)

2. Planning and the mechanism of production, shopping and measure the financial costs of the product, whether the product (goods or services)

3. planning and study the performance level and the foundations raise

i would want to answer this question with a question - how would one achieve self projection and growth without a plan?

 without planning anything left projection / Growth can be a by chance gain, however the sustain ends of such growth may be in question.

Hence as an HR professional, it is must to advise employees seeking growth to plan for it and work on it.
