As an electrical engineer, do employers prefer higher eduction or experience?

Non professional HR only ask for experience in same field. They will never give you a chance even if you are well qualified and worked in similar environment for years. 

More experience+Basic qualification is more valued than higher education+less experience in developing countries. 

Depends on the nature of the job. For research and development, consultancy, and innovation knowledge outweighs hands on experience, site engineers, QC, design of typical systems they'll look more at physical experience.

Experience matters everywhere

I am working as a Electrical Engineer for Tekzone Electro Mechanical LLC.  for the last3 years and happy to mention some of my achievements in this role:

Yes of course higher education and experience are the plus points.....

Experience & also Education is more imporant for work.

I thing education alone is not enough , or experience alone also is not enough reason for hiring but when companed them that will be the bggest reason of hirring.
