Customer service is dealing with customer and deliver it with highly performance. Attest the needs of the people and help them satisfy their need

Customer service means that someone or some businesses or organizations  having complete knowledge or experienced of their product and being able to help customers to receive good services related to their product.

Serve the customers beyond their expectations within company limits. 

Customer Service is delivering the promise at the right time in order to satisfy the customer so that your customer service is remembered by the customer who would be an opinion leader of your service and your brand.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS MAIN GOAL OF SERVICE INDUSTRY, WHICH INCLUDES SOLVING QUERIES FROM CUSTOMER TO GIVE THEM SATISFACTORY RESULTS.

Accountability and trustworthiness are both key elements of great customer service.The most important qualities in your customer service team are honesty, patience and a calm, helpful demeanor. A good customer service experience can make the difference between a one-time customer and a lifelong brand loyalist, so hire accordingly and invest in ongoing customer service evaluation and training.

Joseph Juran, the quality guru defined service as "the work done for others". It is general and valid but in economics, a service has many factors. There should be value generated through outcomes for the customer who is willing to pay for them. There is NO transfer of ownership to the customer. We need a comprehensive definition that is valid for the services generated by humans and machines including computers.
