the main factor to present yourself, your professionalism and yourself is to do what should be done without considering how others see you. forget about your age and think about how good you are at your position. treat your colleagues as you are equal since this is the way it is. respect their experience, but impress your own touch.

The way you present yourself plays a very major role in this. Dress well but do not dress like teens. Dress up like a corporate. Be formal with people and do not involve yourself in much jokes. Be serious in your work. To look a bit older than your age it is recommended to wear plain glasses. Boys can also leave a mustache to look elder.

It really doesnt matter if you're the youngest at your workplace or not, in fact, that is an additional points for you to ponder because at the young age you begin to deal with different person and that can boost your confidence too no matter where you are.

When dealing with a client make sure that you look presentable.

Wear comfortable clothes and comfortable pair of shoes.

Before you proceed with the meeting make sure that you brush your teeth (It add confidence too, trust me).

Flash the appropriate smile when you greet.

Practice the things that you want to discuss so that you can organize your thoughts.

Do not crack a joke unless your client will initiate the joke.

Lastly, arrive on time.

I might not cover all the essentials but Im sure this tips will help you and always remember FIRST IMPRESSIONS LAST.

Try getting involved in team meetings, pitch ideas, make sure whatever you say or discuss is being heard within the organisation. And if necessary, do make sure it does. This boosts your confidence and shows how serious you are about your work.

Try to maintain communication at the same level of understanding as your seniors.

It's a tough world out there. You career lies in your hands not theirs...

Thank you for your invite. Good work always gets noticed. If you are doing a good job you will start getting more important assignments which are normally assigned to senior executives in your company. This is the sign that you are being taken seriously.

Well, I guess you have to be decently dressed, very attentive and read people's requests , be respectful, polite but not submissive

I think it doesn't matter whether you are young or elder in the team as long as you give your ideas/inputs for the team and for the projects you are working. Obviously anyone as a team had to take the best ideas/opinion/inputs for the projects provided/suggested by any team member for the successful completion of the project irrespective of young/elder or new/old member. Thanks.

Everybody takes the position based on their expertise; if someone hired you for a specific role then they might have seen talent in you. Age doesn't matter, sometime people are born with leadership qualities and you just need to focus on your abilities.

It is true that if you look younger, in your first impression people will not take you serious but when you'll talk and start solving their problems; eventually they’ll start taking you serious and will listen you carefully.  It's not the age, its knowledge which impresses the other people.
