I think the answer is :

A- =SUM(A2:A5)/4                                       = (4+2+0+4)/4=2.5

B- =AVERAGE(B2:B5)                                = (4+2+0+4)/4=2.5

C- =AVERAGEIF($C$2:$C$5,"<>0")          = (4+2+4)/3=3.3333333

=Average(number1, number2, number3)

AVERAGE(A2:A6) IS THE BEST METHOD

=average(a1:a13)

sum(a2:a5)/count(a2:a5)
