So HRD is taking care of the whole staff of the organization, through coordination with each department manager and with high management team. HRM take employees as a most vital asset of the organization.

The HR job is specified, as the job roles are well defined hence there is very small margin of mistake hence due to higher satisfaction the salaries are generally higher as compared to production or operation etc.
