most of people get the auxiliary verb "is" in any sentence randomly

Collective noun - more than one sheep is still sheep and not sheeps.

Noun gender - actor male, actress female.

When referring to yourself and another person, it is that person's name and I e.g  Michelle and I went to the Mall, not Me and Michelle went to the Mall.

Many expats say this but it is incorrect and are using the slang term, you may hear could "of,” “would of,” “should of.”  The correct way to say it is could have, would have, should have.

preposition and tense mistakes are common

from my own point view the cummon grammatical errors thay may be occured by students are the coming:

1-the tenses markes forgetting the s-of the present tense or the ed of the past tense or the irrugular verbs.

2-the miss use of the conjunction to link the complex sentences ie the subordinate phrasess.

3-the miss use of the active and the passive voice .the direct and the report spaecach as well.
