Marketing-wise, it would make huge difference when you propose to investors by making them actually hold a prototype of your product, rather than showing them pictures and screen shots.

 

people tend to believe more in what do they feel, that it could actually be produce, it's not impossible! especially when the investor scientific background do not correlate with your product, they will still have doubts; would a table actually be transformed into a bedroom???
