Hi I have masters degree in English .and I cant find a job which fits my level here in my hometown so the question is :can anyone tell me what to do?

nothing impossible you have now other language English - Arabic  & French

so now u should decide which major u need admin, hr, finance. acc, network ... ETC

then take some courses to improve that 

then course to improve ur personal skills and search always in bat.com and all manpower site and inshalla u will get the chance

 

I don't know what is your level and what responsibilities you are looking for.

But in an open way, I suggest you not to sit idle.

Start working in a call center, this stage improves your language skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, Customer management.

And at the weekends teach students either in person/through youtube/any other medium of choice.

After some time you will gain confidence in dealing customer, communication, negotiation then you can start your career as consultant/HR/Admin/ Logistics -Trainer(for Delivery boys) and many other jobs.
