A teacher who doesn't rely too much to all the policies and rules of the English language and give you the freedom to utilize it on your own while still encourage you even if you made mistakes but at the same time correct you in a subtle way. A person who wants to immediately learn the language won't be able to learn all the rules in a few weeks. They will only be able to teach you the basic for you to use on a day-to-day conversation. You'll learn the rest as you go on your own. Any person will only learn around twenty % of whatever she/he learned, the remaining eighty % is learned through actual application or daily use.

A person who is not a native speaker of English shouldn't just rely on a teacher to learn English immediately. Aside from learning English in a classroom setup, it also helps a person be comfortable in English (either speaking, reading or comprehension), by reading English newspapers and books, watching English channels, practice speaking in front of a mirror. Don't forget to always bring a good dictionary with you! Those are just some of the things that will help you gauge the language easier and comfortably. Also, talking to different people who are not speaking your language will polish your English capabilities.

It was asked many times. I have only one answer - a communicative approach based on a decent book and under the supervising of a fine teacher
