When you are delivering the assignments properly and your line managers are happy and giving you the positive feedback it means you are on the right place.  what else you need then?

Tough question. Usually we learn to know the consequences of our actions only later. As long as it feels good the track is right. But when it starts to feel worse it's time to start thinking what it is that I really want to do. It is healthy sometimes to jump to the unknown for new exiting experiences. For me, the corporate life in the finance organization felt right for many years but not anymore. The human aspect and the internal dynamics in an organization is what I want to do.

عندما ترى أن العمل هو نفس المهارة التي تمتلكها وبإمكانك تطوير نفسك في ذلك 

Good question.........When you perform your job in an most satisfied attitude + with your innner satisfaction then you feel that is right track for you..... May be not answered professional but answered being a career oriented women.     :)

العمل في شركة كبيرة ومرموقة ولها وزنها في السوق

إذا كان العمل الذي أقوم به يتناسب مع هوايتي وأيضا بإنتاجيتي بالشركة وإرتفاع خبرتي العملية والعلمية 

Noone can knew that, he/she is on the right career path because the perceptions has the ever changing as we get progress in our career.
