There are so many websites from where you can learn programming language of your choice. Some of them are below

  • w3schools most common website and best for learning web programming. Best for beginners. 
  • Youtube for almost everything.
  • Lynda has been there for years and have massive library for learning.(beginner to expert)
  • codecademy made specific for coding freaks so it's a good resource for learning programming.
  • udemy also have massive library consist of different courses.

Hi, I will suggest you to go through Stackoverflow.com , manzoorthetrainer.com , codeproject.com , techgig.com these website have examples to practice as well as tutorials to understand the concepts.

Generally, YouTube will lead you to many great websites on specific topics. 

 

For web reference / syntax I use w3c schools.
