The answer to the above is Journalizing ie figuring out the the Cr and Dr balance, then posting it to the respective Ledgers, the consolidation of which is Trial Balance, and finally preparing the Final Accounts

If there is trial balance is balance and amount of retained earning is higher than past period and obtained no errors in accounting performance it can be assumed correct stage of account.
