What are the reasons that make you decide to leave work?

There are 5 good reasons in my opinion that makes someone leave his job: 

1. The job is affecting the health or causing extreme stress.

2. There’s nowhere to advance.

3. Your job isn’t letting you grow your skills.

4. You’re living with chronic uncertainty.

5. Misunderstanding with the owners
