What are the best backup utilities for Microsoft Exchange Servers (Mailbox Databases)?

Some practically best backup Software for Exchange Servers.1 - Backups In Virtualized Environment : If you are using Exchange Servers in virtual environment you can use Veeam for taking the backups of your Mailbox Servers. I found Veeam as a best solution ever in my professional career. Veeam provides GRT based backup technology. You can restore even individual items (Like: Inbox messages, sent items etc.) instead of restoring the whole mailbox. I would prefer to use Veeam backup software if you are using Exchange2010 SP1 in vmware environment.2 - Backups on Physical Servers Environment : The second way that I have used is Symantec Backup Exec. It also provides GRT based backup technology and it is best backup solution for Physical Exchange Environments.
