What are the best civil engineering apps for Android to obtain the basic knowledge in this field?

according to my openion : the engneering programmes such as (SAP,Etabs,safe,autocad 2d,autocad civil 3d,Rivit)  are the best apps for civil Engneering then reading codes ,books and watching lessons

It depends on your requirement. For example, if you're a design engineer you may need designing tools such as AutoCAD. If you're a field engineer, you may need analysis or estimation applications.
