The frequent question I have been asked : "Is the network running slow today?" My immediate response is usually "Yes, it had a late night..."
Something that happens to me frequently, a friend asked me if the mail server is down. her deductive reasoning is always "I didn't get any e-mail this morning / the last hour / since yesterday". She believes that it is more likely that the mail server is down than they didn't have any e-mail (not because of an actual error!). Next other friend emailed me for help one morning.... "Help, my email is not working." Oh God….
A last good one
On day I had a friend receive an email that our anti-virus promptly quarantined. she was frantic, "I must have that email!" I said "I'm sorry, it has a virus. You'll have to contact the sender who sent it, have her clean her computer of virus's and resend it". She said to me "Can't you just turn off anti-virus long enough for me to get this email?"… Umm…all about computer skills!!!
someone asked me, what's your job, I tell him web developer then he looked to me and he say don't worry Better than sitting at home
One of the funiest question i faced is
"ever since i've fixed that paper jam my computer has been running slower why?"
