The six in sequential order risk management processes are

  • plan risk management
  • Identify risk
  • Perform qualitative risk analysis
  • perform quantitative risk analysis
  • Plan risk response
  • Control risk   
  • The risk assessement is made by performing qualitative and quantitative. Most people get confused in qualitative and quantitative so better to stick with qualitative and which fulfil the requirements. Qualitative is subjective evaluation and rate is given to risk like probability and impact. Always update risk rigister.
  • Risk contorl fall in monitoring and control process group and mainly related to experience and make sure that risk procedure is properly being followed.
