Why can't we pick more than one account receivables in any consolidated entry?

No there is no way to pick select  more than one A/R or A/P in single or consolidated jounral entry Because Quickbook don't allow this and you can't change that setting.

so to move value from customer A to Cutomer B you have to shuffle out value from Cutomer A to holding account and than from holding account to customer B.
