How do you remove a worn out sleeve from the cylinder walls of an internal combustion engine?

1First you drain your oild and water and take your engine down

2.remove cylinder head and all manifold parts to avoid breakages 

3.stip off all components alternator,ac company etc

4.remove the oil sump or crank case( 

5.remove ur connecting rods big end bearing caps (first for those pistons on TDC only to avoid jam when pushing them out)

6.push you pistons out with a wooden stick or a brass punch out accordingly 

7.remove all your main bearing caps securing the crankshaft 

8.remove the crankshaft and oil seals or cover if there 

9.remove your oil throwers to avoid damages 

10.take the cylinder block containing sleeves to the press fit and adjust or use something with the exact circumference with the sleeves to push them out from behind the crank case side going to the cylinder head side so it's like from down to up.

To remove sleeves from cylinder 

1- open cylinder head ant its attchments fter removed parts above the cylinder head 

2- open the oil case then remov the pigger end of the connecting rod 

3- push the piston to up or draw it if available 

4- use the sleeves removal tool from upper side 

this is for both types sleeves dry or wet

either de compress old one and install new one or machine it down and install new one by pressing it in .
