How many hours a week do you usually work, and why?

I work a pretty consistent 40 hour work week. My view is that anyone who cannot get their work done in 40 hours is not prioritizing their work properly. Whenever I see someone staying late, I know that they weren't being productive during the day to get their work done, so they have to stay late.

Work-life balance is important to me, so I work extremely hard on weekdays so that I can complete my duties and focus on my family on the weekends. I will certainly come in on occasional weekends whenever needed, but I think my time management skills will make that the exception rather than the rule.

i work around 48 hours. And it is based on company standards & my work load

Usually, i work more than 50 hours. the reason varies among the listed below:

- Work pressure and deadline.

- Promote yourself 

- Avoid post bonding work to last moment.

totally agree with the statement of Shameer Nazir Madari that every individual should work 40 Hour in a week.

Before I became a Freelancer It was 50 hours weekly

now 84 hours
