How can you make a decision to transfer a patient or not from your clinic in a refugee camp? with so little supplies and so many patients?

It's hard.  Just do the best you can.

Remember the basic rules of decision-making: collect the information, analyse it, make your decision, and move on.

Every patient you treat probably wouldn't have had a doctor at all if you hadn't gone to help. It's not about the ones you lose: it's about the ones you save.

In such similar cases there are inclusive clinics inside the camp one of their duties is to refer cases to hospital or specialized clinic out of the camp.But here as an emergency case , we need to think about high priority cases ( Children , Women , Old men ,… ) or let us say , emergency case which if we did not refer it will be died
