How to bridge the gap between the employees & employers?

HR works as a bridge between an employee and an employer, and it is responsibility of HR to get together with employees and solve their issues if any, and also convince the management for necessary employee’s requirements and benefits.

the answer its same why we make employees relation section in HR , the relation bridge mainly made by2 vital issues strong communication channels (weekly meeting - monthly in touch - suggestion box - employees committe ...etc ) , and transperancy ( do what you promise - announcements ...etc)

Through hard work and sincerity one can bridge the gap. If boss is unhappy with some performance the employee should take its notice and with the experience of the employer he can perform good
