A larger audience

There are very few people who don’t use mobile phones these days.

It is a matter of prestige to own at least one phone. This means that more people have access to mobile ads. In short, mobile advertising has a wider reach compared to other devices.

Lower click rate

It is found that the click rate of mobile ADs is lower than that of desktop advertising. It is a human tendency to click on attractive ads popping up on the screen. This is highly profitable for the advertisers who try to make them as impressive as possible

Cost-effectiveness

As compared to other means, mobile advertising is highly cost-effective. It requires no additional charges in the form of printing the ads. These ads speak for themselves in the user’s hand!

Anytime, Anywhere service

Unlike laptops and desktops, mobiles phones can be carried anywhere a person goes. The advertisers need not be concerned about the time and location as these ads have better visibility.

Get instant response

One important plus point of mobile phones is that it is always on and present with the users. Since, the ads reach them in real time the response of the users is obtained instantly. The advertisers get to know whether the users clicked their ads or not which gives them better opportunities to improve.

Better relationship with customers

As mentioned in the previous point, there is a quick response from the users. This helps the advertisers to customize the ads according to the specific nature of the user. Eventually, they get to know the customer better which helps in increased business and better relationship with them.

As evident from all the reports and Market Research, the future of mobile advertising is extremely bright with a promise of better customer engagement and return on investment. The users would want advertisers to reach them with ease and offer timely and relevant information, promotions, and discounts right on their mobile devices. Mobile advertising also enables a deeper level of personalization, and that is a win-win situation for both the marketers and the audience. Outsource2india has been providing various types of mobile advertising, in-app advertising, mobile app development, mobile site development, mobile game development services to companies across the globe, and we see a huge rise in the demand for these services.

Advertising through various medias has various impact and reach different set of customers. Mobile advertising is good to reach customers of various demography/background, but has more impact on tech-savvy younger generation.

Mobile advertising will yield better result if the company websites are made compatible for mobiles and users can access or buy products through mobile platform apps.

Mobile advertising is one of the most efficient way of marketing, when users see the same ad for certain period of time, they would eventually end up opening it and that's all what the advertiser want, so there's no doubt, mobile advertising is here to stay.

But as a user point of view, it gets extremely annoying to have ads popping up after every minute or two, so new app and game developers are taking it as a negative impact on their product to allow ads. But mobile advertising is still growing as when your product fail, you end up making money from ads and similar stuff.

Facebook has done a great job of moving from desktop to mobile, and its recent move to make Messenger a true platform is a big indicator of what the future may hold. With its acquisition of WhatsApp and launch of peer-to-peer payment, Facebook seems to be setting itself up to become “the WeChat of the West.” It’s only a matter of time before brands will be able to advertise via Messenger.

In 1995 the population using the Internet was 1% global. In 2005, the first billion users was achieved, in 2010 the second billion, in 2014, the third billion. By 2020, the fourth billion would have been achieved.

The number of smartphones sold per day, is around 3.8million, tablets around 600,000 per day.

Facebook users is around 1.7b, Pininterest is about 141 million, Instagram is around 500m, whatsapp is about 1b.

The statistics show a great deal of preference for mobile technology, and a vast population existing on global platforms such as FB and Instagram.

The emergence of other global platforms such as Uber also points to the growth and popularity of the Internet and the platforms existing on it as a fact of life.

This huge user population armed with smartphones and tabs, is also the new normal.

Given this base which is already huge, and growing, the use of marketing in a strategic approach, is an opportunity that is existential. People, many people are now easily reached, or reachable on mobile platforms.

Facebook was worth 350b according to CNN Money (http://money.cnn.com/2016/04/28/investing/facebook-trillion-dollar-market-value/)

Instagram was bought by FB for 1b after only two years in existence.

The exponential growth is there to see.

FB make it money through the marketing model.

The point therefor is to agree with the fact that mobile advertising has a tremendous future for wealth creation, employment and lifestyle changes.

Content is now the new normal, and ppl are more inclined to use their smartphone!

Marketers are now at the top of the food chain!

Enjoy the wave!
