wen we have these 3 information correct, that which & how much items we've delivered in within prev. year. so then how we'll calculate the AVERAGE CONSUMPTION per year of the items, for which we can further order the stock from our suppliers? kindly guide me for this, I need urgent advise.

A common approach is to utilize the total usage of that item for a specified period, such as1 calendar month.
By dividing that total usage by the actual days in that month, you will arrive at the average usage or consumption per day.
