Where do we provide pile foundation ?

We use pile foundation when the soil is poor and sand soil is deep

1-  poor soil2-  very large design loads

beaches and sea area bed rivers vallyes which deep sand soils areas which it is wearing capacity is very low in all area which end bearing is too much deepth

Deep foundations (piles) are used when we have:

• Soil at shallow depth is week (clayey)
• Deep Recent Fills still consolidating
• Structures over water
• Uplift Resistance
• Lateral Loads
