What is the proper amount of water to drink every day if I'm on a diet?

Depends how much is your weight / gender /activity 

Just write in the Google " HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I DRINK PER DAY " there is so many different researches.  

I would say if you do a  lot of activity not less then 3L  for average man and 2-3 l for avarage woman.

It depends upon activities of a person. If a person is doing normal office work or doing normal work at home eight glass will be sufficient in winter season and 14-16 glasses in summer season. As you work condition increase you will require more water. If you are doing more exercise, it will require more water.

6-8 glasses of water a day for a person - a normal adult, and- cups of water a day to diet and exercise sporting .

it is depend on lots of things but in general you have to drink 6-8 cups of water

Drinking eight glasses of water a day could help you lose weight if you .... Both of them are fairly successful Fast Dieters but we all agreed to .... just started to day its my first day how much water should I drink and how much food its  it 500 cals ... I'm estimating I drank about an extra litre the first

In general from 1.5Lto 2L i,e 8-10cups of water but if the person on sport plane the water must be increase to 3L

Dear sirs Amounts of water drinked during diet varies according to body weight it is not stable amount for all people as there is equation stated that amount of water equal to whole weight divided by 8 for example person 80 kg need for 10 cups of water daily . Those and allah is the most knowing

It is well known that women's need of water in normal circumstances almost two liters and the least possible, if you want to lose weight to increase the quantity, especially before and during eating because the water makes us feel satiety It is known that the calories in the water is equal to zero water is no more than the weight at all

it really depends from amount of callories which you spend per day. lets imagine? that ff it`s winter and you are sitting at home(dont play any sport) with acceptable dietary plan, to loose weight you need drink = your weight multiply on 0,4. If it`s summer(you need drink more, because of the temperature) and you train inj the gym, you need to drink = your weight multiply on 0,45
