How do you see the performance of human resources in the arab world is it the performance of a professional or not?

Mr Said this is indeed a very good question.  Yes the Human Resource Performance is no doubt a very professional in the Arab World thats why many most of the multinational companies are there and getting the previliges of Human Resoruce Performance in a very Professional way. 

We must put into consideration that we have a lot of resources and knowledge ness better than Europe, but we must know how exploited the knowledge

Well, Dubai for once definitely has an enviable corporate culture but there is a very real lack of forums and organisations to address expatriate employment concerns and grievances.

I would like to take the example of UAE. Dubai has become the Singapore of the west , mid-east and south Asian region. The standard of living is comparable to the best in the world. No one has heard of any strike or lockout here.  And I think the main resource of Dubai is not crude oil but human resource. Thousands of unemployed people from India , Pakistan  &Bangladesh , Africa and less prosperous regions of Arabia have made it big in Dubai. They have succeeded financially and other wise to a level that was unthinkable in their own countries. Certainly HR has a role in this success story.    

Recently received the HR on the wide interest in the Arab companies .. and became a key role in the conduct of work with all our strength and transparency became apparent that most of the staff in this section with the efficiency and expertise and this indicates that the performance of HR has become an important shows through the success reached by the Economy and Trade Arab countries compared to Great
