First of all to increase the faith of the service of the product which customer is buying for their use & also by giving proper service to increase the same faith to buy new product of the same company so that it can be helpful to them in their life so that they can recommend to others to purchase the product of the company.

first you have to increase the trust between you and the customer to get a true real feedback,

then you have to study this information you get and work to solve any issues/concern they have.

give adequate service during and after product selling.

keeping the regular customer need more works than bringing a new one .
