Strike is the most lethal tool in the hands of trade unions to make their demand heard. It is used as the last resort when all negotiations fail. It is bad for the company as it would lead to loss of resorces. It is also bad for the workers as they could be retrenched. It is also bad for thecountry  as a whole as it would scare foreing investors. It could create a law and order problem as the union leaders sometimes attack the floor managers. In Manesar in the state of Haryana India workers at Suzuki automobile plant attacked managers  during the strike. It led to stoppage of production for one whole month. The Government should intervene before a strike takes place.The most lethal method used during strike is surrounding  of  the managers' table so that they cannot leave for the day. Strikes have destroyed the Jute industry in Calcutta rendering thousands of workers job less.

في البداية المحاول في اقناع العمال لمواصلة العمل والتوعد الجاد يتلبية مطالبهم مالم يكن لها اي تاثير على سير انجاز العمل

ومن الضروري في هذه الحالة استخدام مهارات الاتصال والتفاض وعدم استخدام فرض السلطة او القوة لان الكرة في هذه الحالة تكون بمرماهم

يتم توزيع العمل علي العمال المنضبطين ويتم حساب ساعات عملهم ويكون الأجر مقابل العمل.
