How many times can you subtract 10 from 100?

There are multiple ways to go about this.

  1. The first is : you can only subtract 10 from 100 once. This assumes, we have only one “100” and after the subtraction is done, no more 100s are left.
  2. The second is - Infinite. In this case lets also assume we have only one “100”. But we can subtract 10 from it infinite number of times. For eg. 100–10, (100–10)-10, ((100–10)-10)-10 and so on.
  3. Also infinite times - you can do as you please subtract as much as you want, the result will always be 90.
