As well as encouraging them to create ideas for build up this department and consider it as a small village owned by the staff and the have freedom for setting the foundations and pillars for this company. In addition, catalyst a clear career path towards the future and achieve successes by cooperation each with other under one Umbrella.

(any employee  can  use the office's equipment easly )also ,at  office's enviroment  should been fully openness , then  will be  problems solving,  information sharing...etcregards
