The computer is on status but the display is blocked screen how to troubleshoot this problem?

1.check the monitor power cable ,power supply of monitor is OK or not.

if power supply OK ,monitor will be seeking input signal or shows "no signal".

if No signal shows

2.check VGA (good) cable properly connected or not.

if VGA cable connected properly,display will come.
