With the use of visual aid full of more pictures and illustration in conjunction with high degree of audibility and boldness by the presenter; I believe, a good presentation will be more effective.

To make a presentation more effective means that you deliver your message clearly and to a larger number of people. In my opinion, to do so, you need to involve and empower the audience with your presentation. Ask them questions that would trigger their previous knowledge, get them to be a part of your presentation, make them believe in your cause by connect it to them and make your presentation simple to be understood by the most. Knowing your audience ahead of time helps you to choose the best way to reach them. If you don’t know them, present as if the person knows nothing about your topic but be aware of all the aspects of your topic.

If possible, I can make it funny and make the audience laugh in such way it would be more affective. If the topic was humanitarian and it is not convenient to say jokes, I can make up a story which people all over the world can relate to and deeply feel the point I am trying to convey. So, basically I will add an emotional aspect to the presentation whether by laughing or touching the aspirations of the audience.
