Never share personal experiences or weaknesses with your boss! You will be only viewed as an employee and he will only be boss from within and the interpersonal communication developmemt wont help here. Always keep things to yourself unless and until they are most important to share.

The most important thing I have learned is 'Report each and everything you have done as part of your role'. Whatever it is, even a small step should be reported to your boss to show them that you are working. Another thing is multitasking.

What I like most about my boss and I have really learnt and adopted us to be straight forward, one also needs to be committed and loyal to achieve results.
