What is the best thing you learnt from your current or previous boss?

Never share personal experiences or weaknesses with your boss! You will be only viewed as an employee and he will only be boss from within and the interpersonal communication developmemt wont help here. Always keep things to yourself unless and until they are most important to share.

The most important thing I have learned is 'Report each and everything you have done as part of your role'. Whatever it is, even a small step should be reported to your boss to show them that you are working. Another thing is multitasking. 

The thing i have learn is -

Your attitude is the mirror of your personality....

If you want to attain a certain goal, you need support of your team.

Doing quality jobs first time to avoid repeation, strong dedcation to service and being to my collegues at work.

Current Boss : I have learnt to smile after bearing the unbearable attitude (non humanly) from my current boss.

 

Previous Boss : I had learnt to develop my soft skills, handling job stress and balancing the see saw of professional & personal life.

What I like most about my boss and I have really learnt and adopted us to be straight forward, one also needs to be committed and loyal to achieve results. She always emphasized on communication, one should always communicate effectively and report what ever happens in line of duty so as to keep her informed and abreast with every situation.

The main thing i was learnt is team work is the main success of every compny.

Wisdom and not to rush in decisions making

Well to put it in point form, I'd say: #1.Own up to my mistakes. #2.Provide specific examples. #3.Think about the new job and identify those learning experiences that are most closely aligned with the qualities and traits you will need at the new job. #4.Stay positive.
