The justification comes from the fact that there are too many IT jobs nowadays. However, I don't believe that that Moreno one mean less payment, as the effort put in is still the same or even more (think AI). There are too many doctors yet they all get payed heavily.

idont know there is software u can found it from youtube or other webs you no need programmers that one of this problem

In fact it is not justified. The low of wages for the plenty of CVs with many courses and pretended experience. This results in bad business experience. Problem in business image and end customer bad experience. Also refactoring all it model to adapt new problem is something not considered by many programmers with low experience. Lack of standerdization. If the wages are dair to collect better programmers that will result in more stable business eventually more income less expensess so more profits. I hope it helps.

There are many factors led to that:1- Too many startup companies that cannot pay much because they don't have customers base yet

2- Too many graduate programmers. Most of them cannot really create a functional software, but the fact they are too many will create the low average salaries

3- Too much compatetion between big companies; so they try to keep the return of investment as much high as possible by cutting the cost and lowering down prices of their products. The first cut-cost in any company will be the salaries

4- Too much life demands; people need jobs; so they will accept low salaires to keep them living instead of ending up with no salary at all

5- Less and less demand on quality; this is a crutial point. Companies need to create things that the customer will see functioning; but it is not nessasery to make it functionaing very well (espessially from inside). Therefore; unprofessional programmer might get hired before professional programmers because they can do the minimum required task with a lower salary

No, but if the salary is considerable, this make the work environment is comfortable, so more productivity and good quality, so increase ROI (return of investment).
