Answer: CExplanation: The key to a good bonus system is that it must be achievable and motivate everyone in the team to work toward it. If you are only rewarding one team member or a few people in the group, the rest of the team will not be motivated. Also, making the goals too aggressive can actually demotivate people.

C, will be a right way to reward system, if you are going to reward only few people from the group other will be discourage and may be not perform well in under pressure, employees need to be work freely,it increase their working ability give all of them  reward and ask for their performance.
