How to answer Human Resource Interview Question(5): Provide a good "Why should I hire you?" answer.

This type of question is very trick and normally employer ask this question to check the presence of mind. I would like to share an interview question asked from candidate in bank job.

 

Interviewer: Whats does2 +2 make

Interviewee: How much do you want (Normal person will give you4 but i can give you5 by putting additional effort)

Note: That guy was selected for the job

.

Now if employer ask that why I may hire you. My answer would be simple and brief like this "As I fulfill the criteria like others thats make by elligible for this job but my will to perform makes me unqiue from others and I assure you that if I am given a chance to prove myself then you will find me a thorough gentleman capable of shouldering responsibilities and achieving desired results"

 

Thats a general answer with committment and concerns.

 

When take a purchasing decision of product or services, you want to know which one can give you maximum satisfaction with minimum efforts and cost, and then you choose the one that fullfill your need and requirement. The best way to answer such question is to identify the need and requirement of prospective employer and match it with your skill, prepare your answer quickly and respond. There are some general features of product and some special feature which give you competitive edge over other candidate so, try to explore your features and demonstrate according to your prospective employer need and requirement.
