I am a Master's degree student about to write my research paper. What are the steps I can follow toward better research?

to write a paper you need to write interpretations of your research work based on your results which you obtained during your entire research work, choose the better journal where you will publish this work so that others can get benefit out of it. the introduction should be related to the topic and also other aspects like material methods and supporting literature should be specific and latest one. and proper analysis 

You have to figure out your topic: After getting your topic of research, state your aim of the research topic, and your specific objectives, then divide your work into the following heading, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion and Conclusion. Your writing should include references. You can check at your university web/library for the format that is needed by your university.

To write a newspaper article, I suggest you follow these steps:

 

1. Conduct an interview and conduct research

1.1. Use sources that are well experienced or recognized in your field

1.2. Conduct interviews with your sources.

1.3. Search for public information on the topic

1.4. Check the numbers and statistics before using them.

 

2. Structure the article

2.1. Find an informative and impactful title.

2.2. Begin the article with a catchphrase that contains the most important details.

2.3. Give the information in reverse chronological order. Start with the most important and the most recent elements.

2.4. Expand the key elements in the following section.

2.5. Include at least two or three quotes.

2.6. Finish the article. To conclude, include an informative quote that must be powerful and give the reader a better understanding of the facts.

 

3. Adopt the appropriate style and tone

3.1. Use precise, clear and easy-to-follow language.

3.2. Write in the third person using the active voice (place the subject first in the sentence).

3.3. Always have an informative and objective tone.

 

4. Refine the article

4.1. Read your text aloud.

4.2. Show the article to others.

4.3. Review the style, tone and length of the text.
