Situation - A: You are happy with your employer and satisfied with your salary, suddenly you have been offered another opportunity with salary raise. Now, will you opt for this new opportunity or want to continue with your existing employer? What is your choice?
The comfort zone normally makes a man stagnant, so on this situation I'll surely look forward for the new opportunity for new challenges not for the hike mentioned.
Satisfaction is most important to anyone's job cycle, if I is feel satisfied from both Emplyer & Salary then I should stay with the existing employer instead of change.
better to discuss with employer about this matter,they cannot satisfy our any opinions.But if you have a better working condition and satisfied salary you can choose existing employer. .otherwise you can choose new opportunity.
Satified salary and happy with employer is enough to stay with currently employer.
To stay is my choice. There is no good company than having a good employer or boss that makes you satisfied and happy. What is the use of high salary if not happy? Opportunity is available in every company, the right time will come once you have proven through your excellent performance.
