I follow the communicative approach for that it makes the pupils eager to participate , and by that way I make all pupils participate

Groups and Individuales competitions  makes them eager to learn and makes them hoping to stay more in my classses.

i am thinking that i have to develop a new method  , first , learn how to deal with students through clinical psychology and social psychology

second to teach the student the benefet of team work  method , that will help spread love and

happiness at school.

third , use group meeting  method , to allow student to discuss topic : like future expectaion , school problems

Depends on what you are teaching but l find the participatory approach appealing.lt is so because both parties(teacher and students) are actively involved.

students are naturally curious; they want to explore and discover. If their explorations bring pleasure or success, they will want to learn more. During these early years, students form attitudes about learning that will last a lifetime. students who receive the right sort of support and encouragement during these years will be creative, adventurous learners throughout their lives. students who do not receive this sort of support and interaction are likely to have a much different attitude about learning later in life.

I do not make plans to make them feel eager/ I simply make my classes exctiting and interesting

Teachers usually follow the school curriculum.  However incorporating  technology or music to your lesson plan every now and then will decrease the tension in the classroom environment.  Playing a simple game that has to do with your lesson will also make them eager to learn.
