I like my job and i love my coworkers.I apply on a job advert, better pay but i am not sure i want to quit my job in which i get along with everyone.?

I work for2.5 years in this job! It started as a temporary job but i actually enjoy working with people and not just sitting behind an office( i have accounting background). It is my3rd job. I was working in accounts department before. In the begining i use to complain a lot becouse the zoo is open days/ year. We have only one day off per week-of course we have to work on weekents and on puplic holidays. Now i got used to it and it does not bother me. I get along with my coworkers, they are great to work with plus its fun to work with them. I really like them. In fact they are the main reason that i like my job. Working enviromnent plays an important role to me. Also the working culture is quite flexible. But the pay i receive is not much and i dont think it will ever increase , but my responsibilities wont change either. There is no room to learn something more (only in personal level). So i apply to a job that i am qualified for. I was called for an interview but now i dont know if i want to go. I dont think i am ready to quit my job in which i get along with everyone, to go somewhere new.

Don't love anyone, love yourself. This should become your credo.

I believe that you need to think first of all about the benefits for you. If you want to find more income for yourself, then you do not need to hold on to your colleagues and work. Try to find a better job. For example, I always keep a resume on the by the link website. Just in case. During the pandemic, many people lost their jobs, right?

I think you have the one which you are like it because you Wil gave better performance and you are more creative on it.
