Good afternoon My experience with Facebook has been both positive and negative, but overall it's a valuable communication tool. Given this experience, can Facebook be considered a reliable communication tool and how does it effectively deal with user issues such as login issues and support requests? Their main positive is that I can always stay in touch with my friends and family? How often do you have problems logging into your account and how did they try to help you?
Good day. My experience with Facebook has been both positive and negative, but overall it's a valuable communication tool. Their main positive side is that I can always stay in touch with my friends and family. From the negative, one can name the fact that very often there are problems with logging into the account. I encountered this problem many times, but in such cases I didn’t call the facebook phone number but wrote them a message and they tried to help me with this, but it still upset me.
